An aggressive malignant tumor that arises from the female reproductive system and originates from the Mullerian ducts. It predominantly affects elderly menopausal women and usually originates from the endometrium and ovary. Morphologically, it is a high-grade tumor and is composed of carcinomatous and sarcomatous elements.
