ClinicalTrials.gov

Registry of clinical studies conducted worldwide. CancerIndex ingests the oncology subset (conditions matching a documented neoplasm expression), normalizes each study into clinical_trials with locations, interventions and condition→cancer mappings, and derives trial activity metrics and the daily trial pulse.
