Open, expert-crowdsourced knowledgebase of clinical interpretations of cancer variants: evidence items (predictive, prognostic, diagnostic, predisposing, oncogenic, functional) with CIViC evidence levels A–E, linked to genes, variants, molecular profiles, diseases (DOID), therapies (NCIt) and PubMed/ASCO sources. Native structure preserved in civic_evidence_items; ACCEPTED items materialize knowledge_edges.
