NCI reference terminology and core biomedical ontology. Anchor of the CancerIndex cancer ontology: every canonical cancer entity is minted from a concept under "Neoplasm" (C3262), with preferred names, synonyms, definitions, the stated parent-child hierarchy, malignancy / hematologic / pediatric flags and anatomical site groups.
