Brief summary (as posted)
This prospective observational study will evaluate the association between ERAS protocol compliance and postoperative nutritional outcomes in 120 patients undergoing lung cancer surgery. ERAS compliance will be recorded, and patients will be classified as having high, moderate, or low compliance. NRS-2002 and PNI will be assessed before surgery and at postoperative 48 hours. Hospital stay and postoperative complications will also be evaluated.

Inclusion Criteria: * Age between 18 and 85 years * Scheduled for elective lung cancer surgery under general anesthesia * ASA physical status I-III * Able to provide written informed consent Exclusion Criteria: * Emergency surgery * Preoperative total parenteral nutrition * Advanced organ failure * Uncontrolled metabolic disease * Pregnancy or breastfeeding * Inability to provide informed consent
