- Progression-free survival (PFS) of patients with relapsed/refractory multiple myeloma undergoing allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation. PFS is defined as time from the date of allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation to the date of confirmed disease progression, or the date of death from any cause, whichever comes first.

Inclusion Criteria: * patients diagnosed with relapsed/refractory multiple myeloma according to IMWG criteria who have undergone allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation; * Age ≥ 18 years; * Signature of the informed consent form (where possible). Exclusion Criteria: * Patients diagnosed with primary AL amyloidosis, monoclonal gammopathy of undetermined significance (MGUS), indolent multiple myeloma, or primary plasma cell leukemia; * Patients who have not undergone allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation; * Age \< 18 years.
