This study aims to evaluate the efficacy of seated exercise on functional capacity and quality of life in patients with leukemia during chemotherapy cycles Participants will receive efficacy of seated exercise on functional capacity and quality of life in patients with leukemia during chemotherapy cycles over a defined period. Outcomes will be assessed using Pulmonary function test, 6 min walk test and FACT- G questionnaire to determine improvements in quality of life in cancer patient rehabilitation special to diagnosed with leukemia.

- Functional capacity will be assessed by the six-minute walk test (6MWT) distance before and after the four week seated exercise programe.

Inclusion Criteria: 1. Male patients with age ranges from 30 to 40 years. 2. All patients in this study will be on chemotherapy from at least one cycle as a treatment of leukemia. 3. All patients will be hemodynamically stable. 4. Patients are ambulant. Exclusion Criteria: 1. Lung cancer 2. History of any pulmonary disease. 3. Metastasis of lung , ribs and mediastinal structure. 4. Pulmonary pathology (e.g. acute respiratory distress syndrome, or exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease). 5. Ruptured eardrum or any other condition of the ear. 6. Severe bronchospasm. 7. High peak air way pressure (barotraumas). 8. patients with marked elevated left ventricular end- diastolic volume and pressure. 9. patients with worsening haert failure signs and symptoms.
