Higher scores indicate higher patient empowerment. Measured via Cancer Information Overload Scale (8 items, 4-point Likert). Total score: 8-32. Higher scores indicate higher cognitive burden. Evaluated via Memorial Symptom Assessment Scale (32 symptoms; GDI, Phys, Psych subscales). Total score (average): 0-4. Higher scores reflect higher symptom distress.

Inclusion Criteria: Eligibility criteria include having a clinical diagnosis of cancer, having received at least one course of outpatient chemotherapy, and being 18 years of age or older. \- Exclusion Criteria: The criteria for eligibility include having a severe mental disorder that could affect the patient's perception and responses, it being the first day of treatment, and the patient being under 18 years of age. \-
