- The patient's demographic profile will include age (years) and sex. Body Mass Index (BMI) will be calculated using weight (kg) and height (m) according to the formula BMI = weight / height² (kg/m²).

Inclusion Criteria: * Patients aged 19 years and older * Histologically confirmed diagnosis of gastric cancer * Patients followed in the participating oncology departments * Informed consent obtained Non Inclusion Criteria: * Histological types other than carcinoma (e.g., GIST, lymphoma, sarcoma, etc.). * Secondary gastric tumors * Participation in an interventional study
