Inclusion Criteria: 1. Patients over 18 years old 2. Diagnosis of pancreatic cancer 3. Pancreaticoduodenectomy Exclusion criteria: 1. Previous pancreatectomy 2. Non resectable tumors 3. Serious comorbidities 4. Patients lost to follow up
