- Participants in this arm will receive the central venous catheter care training program, including theoretical education, video demonstration, and hansd-on practice.

- Knowledge level will be measured using the Evidence-Based Guidelines Knowledge Assessment Test for the Prevention of Central Venous Catheter-Related Infections. The test consists of 10 questions, with each correct answer scored as 1 and incorrect or unanswered items scored as 0. Total scores range from 0 to 10, with higher scores indicating greater knowledge. Nurses will complete the test before and immediately after the training.

Inclusion Criteria: * Provided care to a pediatric oncology patient at least once * Performed a procedure via a central venous catheter on a pediatric oncology patient * Voluntarily signed the informed consent form Exclusion Criteria: * Not having previously performed a procedure via a central venous catheter
