Inclusion Criteria: * sexually active, * employed or driving , * patients diagnosed with sacrococcygeal primary symptomatic pilonidal sinus based on clinical aspects, physical examination, and disease-specific history Exclusion Criteria: * lost follow up * refuse surgery
