Inclusion Criteria: * Age over 18 years. * Received neoadjuvant chemotherapy. * Postoperative pathology confirmed pancreatic cancer. * Underwent either open or robotic surgery. Exclusion Criteria: * Intraoperative discovery of unresectable tumor or presence of distant metastasis. * ASA score ≥ 4.
