Inclusion Criteria: * Diagnosed with breast cancer * Female patients aged ≥18 years * Receiving treatment or follow-up at Anbar Cancer Center * Willing to provide informed consent Exclusion Criteria: * Severe cognitive impairment * Inability to complete questionnaires * Refusal to participate
