Inclusion Criteria: * Upper Quadrant Breast Carcinomas. Exclusion Criteria: * Patients with T4 tumors, inflammatory breast cancer and distant metastasis, multi-centric breast cancer in more than one quadrant and diffuse microcalcifications were excluded from the study.
