Inclusion Criteria: * Age from 5 to 55 years. * Both sexes. * Patients underwent gamma knife radiosurgery (GKRS) for tectal plate gliomas (TPGs). Exclusion Criteria: * High-grade glioma. * Tumor extension beyond the tectal region.
