Inclusion Criteria: * Biliopancreatic disorder requiring plaxtic biliary stent therapy * written informed consent Exclusion Criteria: * Pregnancy * Breastfeeding * Live Expectancy of less than one month * Biliary drainage by metal stent or external drainage.
