Inclusion Criteria: * pathological diagnose of UTUC; * Met more than muscle-invasion stages(pT2+) or lymph nodes metastasis. Exclusion Criteria: * Patients with early-local stages (pTa/T1/Tis) without LNM+ and those with incomplete pathologic and prognostic information were excluded
