Inclusion Criteria: •Prostate cancer patients treated with radical prostatectomy Exclusion Criteria: * 1\. Received neoadjuvant endocrine/chemotherapy before surgery; * 2\. Urine leakage after surgery (positive creatinine test of drainage fluid).
