Inclusion Criteria: * Patients competent to give consent * aged between 18 and 85 years * functioning and not functioning benign adrenal lesions, * adrenal malignancies candidate to laparoscopic adrenal surgery. Exclusion Criteria: * open adrenal surgery * preoperative signs of local periadrenal invasiveness
