Inclusion Criteria: * least 1 year after menarche * over 18 years old * Patients who have given verbal and written informed consent will be included. Exclusion Criteria: * under 18 years of age * Endocrine disorders such as hyperprolactinemia, Cushing's syndrome, congenital adrenal hyperplasia, thyroid disorders * Neuromuscular, hepatic, pancreatic or gastrointestinal diseases * Users of hormone preparations such as antiandrogens, antidiabetics, glucocorticoids, insulin sensitizers, lipid regulators
