Inclusion Criteria: * •Intestinal type of gastric cancer or atrophic gastritis * Underwent Endoscopic submucosal dissection（ESD） Exclusion Criteria: * • have simultaneously other cancer * have severe systemic inflammatory disease ,serious illness such as diabetes, chronic lung diseases
