Inclusion Criteria: * Adults \> 18 diagnosed with cancer Exclusion Criteria: * unwilling to come to the on-site clinic for exercise sessions * any neuromuscular, cardiovascular, or psychological condition precluding safe exercise * unable to read/understand English.
