Inclusion Criteria: * planned tube- or parenteral nutrition (complete or supplementary) * \> 18 years * written consent Exclusion Criteria: * Renal insufficiency (p-creatinine \>200 micromol/l) * Lack of ability to communicate (registration of nutritional intake etc)
