Inclusion Criteria: * Patient with rectal cancer of stage I-III. * patients underwent radical resection with curative intent. Exclusion Criteria: * Patients with Familial Adenomatous Polyposis, multiple synchronous or metachronous rectal cancers. * Early post-operative recurrence, or death within 3 months.
