Inclusion Criteria: * Patients underwent surgery for colorectal cancer from January 2009 to December 2019. Exclusion Criteria: * incomplete data on KRAS mutation * incomplete data on microsatellite instability (MSI) status * dual or triple KRAS mutation * stage IV
