Inclusion Criteria: * American Society of Anesthesiologists physical status (ASA-PS) I and II Patients. * Patients scheduled for elective open colonic mass resection and anastomosis. Exclusion Criteria: * Serious cardiac arrhythmia. * Peripheral artery disease. * An ejection fraction below 30%. * A pulmonary pathology.
