Inclusion Criteria: * patients with maxillary cancer Exclusion Criteria: * patients under 18 yrs . * patients with TMJ disorders before surgery * patients on chemotherapy * \- Tumors in other sites( Tongue , buccal mucosa , salivary glands, mandible)
