Inclusion Criteria: * Age\>18 years * Myeloproliferative neoplasm (MPN, WHO 2008, WHO 2016, BCSH) and splanchnic vein thrombosis * Isolated Jak2v617f allele and splanchnic vein thrombosis * MPN and portal cavernoma Exclusion Criteria: \-
