Inclusion Criteria: * Renal Cell Carcinoma with clear cell component * Stage IV * Receiving IO-containing regimen * Measurable disease per RECIST 1.1 Exclusion Criteria: * Active cancer (exclusion criteria only for healthy patient cohort)
