Inclusion Criteria: * known or suspected lung cancer * scheduled for VATS-surgery * perioperative finding of elevated diaphragma Exclusion Criteria: * not willing to give informed consent. * perioperative finding of pleural adherences * perioperative finding without an elevated diaphragma
