Inclusion Criteria: * Patient aged above 18 years admitted at Mansoura University Hospitals complaining from intestinal obstruction due to obstructed left sided carcinoma. Exclusion Criteria: * Treatment with non-surgical intervention or spontaneous relief of obstruction
