Inclusion Criteria: * Age \>1 year and \< 12 years old. * Estimated time of surgeries within 1-3 hours. * Elevated liver enzymes less than triple folds. Exclusion Criteria: * Patient refusal. * Hepatitis positive patients. * Raising liver enzymes. * Hepatic surgeries.
