Inclusion Criteria: * consent to participate * at least 18 years old (self-reported) * have a current or past cancer diagnosis (self-reported) Exclusion Criteria: * under 18 years old (self-reported) * indicate that they have no known history of cancer (self-reported) * unable to read or understand English
