Inclusion Criteria: * Patients in colorectal surgery ward Clinical diagnosis of colorectal cancer Prepare for radical colorectal surgery. Exclusion Criteria: * Patients prepare for emergency surgery Clinical diagnosis of benign colorectal disease Patients who have joined other clinic studys
