Inclusion Criteria: Unilateral Nephroblastoma Tumor Not previously treated The general health of the child will permit treatment. . Exclusion Criteria: Bilateral Nephroblastoma tumor Previously treated Disease too advanced Doubt concerning the diagnosis Treatment Refusal
