Inclusion Criteria: * Pancreatobiliary malignancies * Anticipating open surgery * Written concent Exclusion Criteria: * History of previous upper abdominal open surgery * Psychiatric problems * Cognitive impairment * Chronic pain Elimination Criteria * Rejected written concent * Failure to follow instructions of doctor * Stopped surgery due to peritoneal metastasis
