Inclusion Criteria: * Clinical Diagnosis of Polycystic Ovary Syndrome * Able to inject study drug * Able to swallow pills Controls: -Diagnosis of Insulin resistance Exclusion Criteria: * Any woman that does not fit the inclusion criteria * Males
