Inclusion Criteria: * Any distal pancreatectomy (DP) with multivisceral resection (MVR) defining MVR as any organ different from distal pancreas or spleen Exclusion Criteria: * Distal Pancreatectomy with celiac trunk resection (Appleby procedure) or portal vein resection.
