Inclusion Criteria: * ASA I or II * Pilonidal disease \<3 previous treatments * Previous incision and drainage allowed * Over 16 years Exclusion Criteria: * Co-morbidity \>ASA II * Unable to consent themselves * Under 16 years * Vulnerable adults
