Inclusion Criteria: * patients of both sexes with age ranging from 20 years to 70 years * patients with pancreatic tumors * patients with adequate cardiorespiratory reserves to be fit for prolong general anesthesia Exclusion Criteria: * unresectable tumors * unfit for surgery
