Inclusion Criteria: * Patients under clinical investigation of acromegaly disease with normal kidney function, liver function and hemoglobin levels. Exclusion Criteria: * Medication for acromegaly, adenectomy, liver disease, uncontrolled anemia, severe heart disease, uncontrolled high blood pressure (\>170/100 mmHg), current pregnancy
