Inclusion Criteria: * Stage I or stage II gynecologic cancer (including cervical cancer, endometrial cancer, ovarian cancer, and fallopian tube cancer) * Underwent laparotomic gynecologic oncologic surgery, including retroperitoneal lymphadenectomy. Exclusion Criteria: * nil
