Inclusion Criteria: * Informed consent * Indication for EUS FNB with solid pancreatic tumors, submucosal tumors or lymph node disease of the upper gastrointestinal tract will be included Exclusion Criteria: * Cystic pancreatic tumors * Contraindication for EUS FNB * Lesion of interest cannot be reached endosonographically
