Inclusion Criteria: age \> 18 years All patients diagnosed as BCR-ABL negative myeloproliferative neoplasm e.g: Polycythemia vera Essential thrombocythemia Primary myelofibrosis Exclusion Criteria: * BCR- ABL positive MPN e.g CML * Secondary erythrocytosis. * Secondary thrombocytosis. * Secondary bone marrow fibrosis.
