Inclusion Criteria: * Patients undergoing radical prostatectomy for prostate cancer Exclusion Criteria: * taking medicines for established diabetes and dyslipidaemia, * presence of endocrinological disease, * history of bariatric surgery, * missing data and patients with uncontrolled follow-up
