Inclusion Criteria: * Male patients older than 18 years with indication for trans rectal prostate biopsy Exclusion Criteria: * Bad intestinal preparation. * Painful anorectal pathologies. * Clotting disorders without previous assessment by hematology. * Acute prostatitis
