Inclusion Criteria: * Patients seeking for diagnosis of clinically suspected oral dysplastic Leukoplakia or Erythroplakia * Patients seeking for diagnosis of clinically suspected oral Carcinoma. Exclusion Criteria: * Patients with secondary infection. * Patients having other systemic diseases. * Patients undergoing treatment for the lesions.
