Inclusion Criteria: * Diagnosis of pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma * Signed initial informed consent * Participant agrees to genetic counseling Exclusion Criteria: * Prospective participant unable to sign informed consent based on referring physician recommendation. * Patient has neuroendocrine pancreatic tumor
