Inclusion Criteria: * Meeting standard eligibility criteria for uterine fibroid embolization * Satisfactory ulnopalmar arch patency Exclusion Criteria: * Unable to provide informed consent * Unable or unwilling to complete the study questionnaires * Failed Barbeau test
